How to get started with

Learn how to register your study space, design seating maps, allocate student shifts, and verify gate check-ins in minutes.

Step 01🕐

Define Shifts & Plans

Go to Settings > Shifts and add your operational hours (e.g., Morning: 6 AM to 12 PM). Then, create membership plans tied to these shifts with customizable durations (e.g., 30 days) and prices.

Step 02🪑

Design Seating Layout

Open the Seats tab on your dashboard. Use our visual seating grid designer to configure your floor plan. Drag and label desks, group them into sections (AC, Non-AC, Silent Zone), and specify capacity.

Step 03🚪

Onboard Students via QR

Print your door entrance QR code. When students visit, they scan the QR code to sign up or input your 6-digit library login code. Once authorized, their gate check-ins and streaks log automatically.
